The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), in India in partnership with the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) is organizing a one-day seminar series on climate change and sustainable development under the project ‘Climate Change Adaptation in Rural Areas of India Phase in four states (Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh) across India.

This seminar series is a platform to promote dialogue, and sharing of knowledge and experiences among different stakeholders about the challenges of climate change in India, especially on the agriculture and water sectors, and the required on-ground action against these challenges.

The one day event is divided into two components—parallel workshops followed by the lecture.
