The CEE East Regional office was established by CEE in 2003. The Core programmes of the State Office are Small Grants Programme, NEEPS, EOSE and EESS. The other two major initiatives handled through the State Office would be the Chilika Interpretation Education Programme and the Hospital Waste Management Programme. The regional office looks at the activities in states of Orissa, West Bengal and Jharkhand.
