Participatory Assessment on Operation and Maintenance of Water and Sanitation Facilities in Schools:
CEE has done participatory assessment on Operation and maintenance (O&M) aspects of WATSAN facilities in Schools.
Objectives of the study:
To undertake a participatory assessment of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) aspects of WATSAN facilities in schools involving students, teachers, parents and line departments.
To identify and present a set of recommendations for improving the O&M of school water and sanitation facilities based on the participatory assessment.
The finding of the study is intended to guide the process of development of recommendation fro improving the O&M of schools water and sanitation facilities. This study covered 40 schools spreading across 4 districts of Medak, Anantapur, Adilabad and West Godavari
