Job role:

About the Project: Government of Gujarat initiated the holistic programme called Saksham Shala with technical support of UNICEF in the year 2024, the programme focuses on strengthening Clean, Green, Safe and Sustainable Systems in schools, which are operationalized through twelve comprehensive components, that are tracked through a set of 100 indicators that support concurrent action planning and interventions for improvement of learning environment in schools. It aligns with the recent programme Swachh Evam Harit Vidyalaya (formerly known as Swachh Swachh Vidyalaya Package).
In 2024, 33977 schools (64% of total) completed a 100-indicator benchmarking and were categorized between 1-star to 5-star (limited to advance services/compliances), majority of schools lie in 3-star category, indicating a basic level of Climate Resilient WASH in Schools.
A significant number of schools fall under 1-2 star schools in the benchmarking reflects the need focused technical support and locally tailored action plans to achieve basic level of services.
Additionally, about 46% of schools were not benchmarked and there is need to mobilize the actions in schools which have not participated in Saksham Shala first benchmarking to achieve the universal and inclusive compliance to all the components of Saksham Shala. To attain the 1-star to 5-star rating in these schools, the project is aimed to:

Position Summary

The Reporting and Documentation Officer shall be technical line for reporting and documentation of the project as per the requirement of stakeholders and the organizations (CEE and HCLF) at large. The Reporting and Documentation Officer should maintain continuous contacts with the CEE & HCLF team, and provide various documents and reports as needed to demonstrate the accomplishment of the project's goals. The recruited Reporting and Documentation Officer will work in close collaboration with the Project Executive, Sr. Community Mobiliser, Community Mobilisers and other team members and the donor.
He/she will be reporting to the Project Manager.
Qualifications and experience requirements:
Graduate in Social Science/ Science / Environment Science / Mass Media / Business Management or another relevant field with a minimum of 03 years of experience in the relevant field.
Working experience in the implementation of waste management projects or working with the State or central governments will be preferred.
Good typing, reporting and documentation, and presentation skills on the awareness and impacts of the project. Experience in the usage of computers Knowledge (MS Word, Excel, etc.), graphical representation, and Photoshop will be preferable.
Proficiency in language i.e., Knowledge of both English and Hindi will be preferred.

About the Project
The Integrated Climate Resilience & Community Adaptation Programme is a community-based initiative aimed at enhancing climate resilience and improving rural livelihoods through sustainable natural resource management, biodiversity conservation, and community institution strengthening. The programme adopts a participatory approach by engaging local communities, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), government institutions, and other stakeholders to promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable use, community development and climate adaptation.

About the Project:
Centre for Environment Education is implementing “Solid Waste Management Initiative” in Noida, Greater Noida & Agra. This is one of the initiatives of HCL Foundation under My Clean City Program. The proposed project will be implemented in 5 Model Sectors each in Noida and Sectors Greater Noida (UP) besides 5 Wards in Agra (UP). Awareness generation, community education and capacity building on SWM for the project stakeholders as well as infrastructure guidance will also be part and parcel of this project

Job role:
The Community Mobilisers are to be based in Noida / Greater Noida / Agra and ensure the smooth implementation of project activities. The ‘Community Mobilizer’ shall be one of the most important lines of communication between stakeholders at large. The Community Mobilizer should have constant engagement with the community and should establishes rapport with the stakeholders to have implement the objectives of the project in an appropriate manner. The recruited Community Mobiliser will work in close collaboration with the Project Manager, SWM Expert cum Trainer, Project Executives, and Senior Community Mobilisers, other team members and the donor. He/she will be reporting to the Senior Community Mobiliser (SCM).
Qualifications and experience requirements:
