Project: Solid Waste Management Education /Clean Noida HCL Foundation in Partnership with CEE Delhi

Project Summary

HCL CEE SWM Project is  a Solid Waste Management Education Initiative by CEE Delhi . Its aim is to develop detailed Solid Waste Management plan for the respective Urban sectors in Noida, Uttar Pradesh by giving emphasis on  segregation and at source. CEE team provides handholding support, trainings and technical guidance to the waste collection agencies, shops and households on waste management solutions 

Roles and responsibilities: 

Primary Role of the position: This position will be the main lead in initiating and driving the project as per the strategic plan and ensure the efficient implementation of the project. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a for day to day oversight of project implementation, manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities •
  • Ensure that the project meets its objectives and achieves expected outcomes and submission of deliverables on time
  • Develop and implement capacity building  and Behaviour Change Communication activities
  • Lead project planning, design and implementation, budgeting besides data collection and analysis in related project area
  • Lead planning, implementing and monitoring capacity building events
  • Organise and supervise the implementation, monitoring and evaluation systems in the project , and assess if the implementation is in compliance with the approved project documents  by HCL Foundation
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to HCL Foundation
  • Build-up relationship with relevant Stakeholders such as Resident Welfare Associations, Volunteers, Schools etc
  • Prepare TORs for consultants, animators and participate in the recruitment process of staff
  • Take responsibility for day to day project financial operations

 

Work Experience:

 Masters’ Degree in Environmental Sciences, Waste Management, Social Work or Social Sciences

3 – 5  years in similar role in development organizations with in-depth understanding of planning and implementing education and communication programmes

Accounts Officer II: C.A OR M.Com (II Class) with Inter CA preferred or equivalent with 7 years’ experience.

Consolidated salary grade: Rs 29000-900-41600.

General: ERP/TALLY preferred Knowledge of FCRA provisions & GST.  Initial appointment for 3 years; extendable; based on performance.

Requirements

  • Masters in Social Work (MSW) or Masters in Social Sciences, Development studies, MSc (Environmental Sciences), MA (English), Development Communication, or relevant courses
  • 2-3 years’ experience of similar work in the development sector
  • Readiness to travel in the field for 8-10 days in a month
  • Conversant with social media, has experience in developing IEC material.
  • Good written communication in English,
  • Preferably knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi

1. Animation Designer

CEE is looking for a talented young Animation designer with hands on experience of 3D Max, Flash (2D animation), Z Brush, 3D Max/Maya (3D animation), After Effect, Premier, Sound Forge, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality related software.

Knowledge of Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Unity is also required.
