General Payment Terms and Refund Policy

A. General Payment Terms

  • The full course Fee/payment for any Online Course has to be made at the time of booking through the online payment platform of the CEE Academy (hereinafter referred to as “Academy”, “we” or “us”). No other mode of payment will be accepted by the CEE Academy.
  • The Fee for any Online Course at any given time, applicable taxes, and any additional delivery charges payable in relation to the delivery of Course Materials, if applicable, will be displayed on the Website and/or in a Brochure and/or will be notified to you by an Academy representative.
  • The option of paying the Course Fee in installments is offered subject to availability of the option for particular courses. The payment of the Course Fee in installments will be at the sole discretion of the Academy.
  • Payment receipt will be generated and received by you upon successful completion of transaction.

B. Refund Policy

  • The Fees for the Online Courses under the CEE Academy are non-refundable unless specified otherwise for a particular course.
  • In case of a multiple debit of a Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error, the excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer. In such a case, the application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by electronic mode/cheque/DD in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 21 calendar days on receipt of such claim. It will take 3-21 days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy.
