‘The Green Teacher: Diploma in Environmental Education’ is a distance education programme and has been established by CEE and Commonwealth of Learning (COL) Vancouver, Canada. The programme addresses the rapidly growing need for continuing education and professional development in the field of Environmental Education (EE), and is geared to build capacity of middle school inservice teachers and educators. The Green Teacher Programme is founded on the premise that environment concerns all teachers, not just science teachers.
