CEE North acts as a nodal point for Regional Centres of Expertise (RCE) programme and has been acknowledged as RCE Lucknow with the network of higher education institution. RCE is an initiative of United Nations University (UNU) – Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS). RCE is a network of existing formal, non-formal and informal educational organizations, mobilized to deliver ESD to local and regional communities.
